i experienced some noise from people passing in the corridor. their luggage seemed to make quite a bit of noise. i also heard fire alarms after midnight. this caused some difficulty sleeping.

I was frustrated by a couple of issues. First, the housekeeping was not thorough. I discovered a previous guest's sock under the bed. It was disgusting! (I definitely didn't expect that from a 5-star resort.) the Wi-Fi signal in my room was weak. I needed it for work, and it made things difficult, so I had to relocate to the lobby sometimes.
